This single storey rear extension was enhancing an existing kitchen and dining area to create a much larger family living area with seating and entertaining space. The new roof carried over an existing utility space to replace an old flat roof and make for a much better look and feel all round. We then enhanced the front facade of the house with some new render ed areas and timber features such as the new front porch to give this wonderful home the face lift it deserves.
