A small single storey rear extension was designed to enhance the existing kitchen and create a new dining area at Tippits Mead.
Two large roof windows allow lots of natural daylight flood into the newly created dining room and with the addition of the new study to replace the old garage at the front of the house, the whole ground floor was remodelled to create a better flow to the family home.
